Prenatal & Postpartum

Becoming a mom and being a mom can be challenging. Women face unique mental health challenges every day that can feel isolating and difficult. As a trained therapist in maternal and mental health, my goal is to work collaboratively with you as you navigate these transitions. Giving yourself the time to talk honestly and openly about your thoughts and feelings can feel comforting and relieving. In our sessions, we will work together to identify ways to help you move forward and be your best self through the challenges that womanhood and motherhood present.

 

For new mothers, finding the time can be challenging, so feel free to bring your baby to our session if you desire. Sessions can be done virtually or in-person.
